Each package includes a 1-hour sleep assessment intake call, a comprehensive and personalized sleep plan so you're never left in the dark on next steps, unlimited email support for your alloted time, as well as access to an app where I can assess your baby's sleep log daily and give you advice and adjustments as needed to help maximize your experience.
